The Job
We are seeking a unique product expert with a deep understanding of the current mobile ecosystem and who possesses a vision for the future, with the ability to leverage software and tools to enhance the world. You will be responsible for steering the product roadmap for our main area, Cycle Tracker. Your primary focus will be on our users, their needs, and experiences, as well as finding ways to enhance their retention and optimisation. To excel in this role, you should have a strong passion for great design and exceptional user experience. As a significant portion of your responsibilities will involve collaborating with designers and user research, a deep appreciation for good design and user-centric experiences is crucial.
Your Experience
Must have:
- 7+ years of experience in product management working with mobile technology products for English speaking users
- Broad and deep knowledge of the mobile ecosystem and hands-on experience with popular app frameworks and tools
- Track record of thoughtful, user-focused insights that have led to successful consumer product launches. You should be comfortable communicating ideas visually from a whiteboard, a sketchpad, wireframes, and visual mockups
- Demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, technically conversant and able to collaborate easily with engineers and designers
- Using data analytics for data-driven product decisions
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for:
- Creating and driving the product roadmap of core Cycle Tracker domain and initiatives
- Working with Design and User Experience teams on designs on all levels, from broad concepts with pixel-perfect details to the final handoff to engineering, to create intuitive, delightful product experiences
- Applying a combination of qualitative and quantitative research, customer understanding, and product intuition to inform decisions and prioritisation
- Writing clear, thoughtful product requirements and feature descriptions
- Defining and monitor product success metrics using data-driven goals
- Following latest UX/UI trends to continue developing strong instinct for excellent user experience
Salary Range:
Lithuania - Starting from €7300 gross per month.
