The Job
Our talent acquisition team recruits for product, design, engineering, content, medical, and many other professionals. Our teams are based in the UK and Lithuania.
We are currently looking for a Lead Talent Partner to drive the Engineering team's growth in Lithuania while we scale.

Your Experience
Must have:
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Recruiting expertise in a range of areas (ideally, extensive experience hiring for engineering)
- Experience in negotiating offers and compensation
- English and Lithuanian language proficiency
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for:
- Growing and developing Flo engineering teams by finding and recruiting the best talent using different talent acquisition tools and techniques
- Gathering role requirements and recommendations, and have a very clear understanding of the role and candidates’ profiles.
- Creating great candidate experience while managing a full-cycle hiring process, including sourcing, interviews, offers and negotiations.
- Partnering with hiring managers on their hiring strategy and provide analytics and regular updates on current and future roles
- Driving talent acquisition initiatives together with talent and brand teams
- Working on continuously improving the candidate and company hiring experience
The salary range for this role in Vilnius, Lithuania, starts from €3900 gross/month.
Ranges may vary depending on your skills, competencies and experience.
