Flo is the world’s #1 health app on a mission to build a better future for female health. Backed by a $200M investment led by General Atlantic, we became the first product of our kind to reach a $1B valuation in 2024 – and we’re not slowing down.

With 6M paid subscribers and the highest-rated experience in the App Store’s health category, we’ve spent 10 years earning trust at scale. Now, we’re building the next generation of digital health – AI-powered, privacy-first, clinically backed – to help our users know their body better.

The job

We’re looking for a strategic, performance-focused Influencer Manager to manage Flo’s global influencer program across always-on and campaign initiatives. You’ll develop and execute full-funnel strategies that drive app installs, amplify brand storytelling, and deliver measurable ROI - with a strong focus on English-speaking (especially US) markets, and support for non-English regions where needed.

You’ll independently own influencer relationships, performance reporting, and budget management — working both in-house and via agency partners. You’ll also collaborate closely with Social, Brand, Data, AdTech, and User Acquisition teams to create scalable, high-impact programs that blend creativity with performance. You’ll also mentor junior contributors, guide contractor and agency output, and help shape a growing, high-velocity function within the marketing team.

Your Experience

Must have:

  • Min. 3-5+ years of influencer marketing experience, ideally with a consumer app, digital product, or performance-driven brands
  • Proven track record of managing campaigns that drive measurable ROI, app installs, and lower-funnel impact.
  • Deep understanding of influencer ecosystems across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, including US and global market dynamics.
  • Skilled in influencer selection, performance analysis, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Strong experience with campaign reporting, social analytics, and tools like Looker, or similar.
  • Confidently managing budgets and report updates to Influencer Lead, CPM/CPI targets, and balancing brand goals with performance accountability.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional team settings.
  • Comfortable mentoring junior team members and managing contractors/agencies to high standards.
  • Passionate about women's health, digital storytelling, and working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible to:

  • Develop and execute influencer strategies and campaigns focused on growth and full-funnel brand performance, with a sharp eye on ROI, CPM, and install performance across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign management - from ideation and influencer selection to briefing, negotiation, publishing, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Own influencer relationships, identifying and nurturing partnerships across all tiers, and creating scalable frameworks for repeatable, high-performing collaborations.
  • Negotiate contracts and deliverables that maximise impact while hitting set targets and staying within budget.
  • Track campaign performance across the funnel (from awareness to installs), generating actionable reports with clear insights, learnings, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with UA, Brand, Data, AdTech, Social, and external agencies to integrate influencer into broader growth and creative initiatives.
  • Manage campaign budgets, making strategic allocations, monitoring spend, and ensuring maximum efficiency against performance KPIs.
  • Leverage tools like Looker, Shortimize, and custom dashboards to track performance, optimise execution, and scale what works.
  • Drive innovation by proposing and executing scalable models for repurposing influencer content into UGC ads and organic social.

Role profile:

Professional Knowledge & Experience

  • Deep understanding of full-funnel influencer marketing across paid, organic, and hybrid models - including knowledge of key performance metrics, social platforms, and creator economies.
  • Operates independently across strategy, execution, and performance reporting - regularly solving large-scale challenges independently.
  • Mentors team members, supports contractor quality, and collaborates cross-functionally to raise the standard of execution.

Business Impact

  • Understands the business impact of influencer marketing on app installs, engagement, and ROI.
  • Aligns campaign planning with company-wide goals and benchmarks against best-in-class industry performance.
  • Makes a measurable contribution to Flo’s brand awareness and user acquisition across global markets.

Ownership

  • Independently owns influencer programs, from strategy through execution, without requiring oversight.
  • Takes full responsibility for campaign outcomes — proactively problem-solving and implementing feedback loops.
  • Offers constructive, actionable feedback to collaborators and improves workflows and execution across the board.

Behavior & Leadership

  • Builds strong relationships with creators, agencies, and internal partners.
  • Actively mentors junior staff, supports team learning, and influences team culture through leadership-by-example. Actively seeks feedback and acts on it, also providing feedback for the peers to ensure their growth.
  • Communicates clearly, collaborates effectively, and promotes high standards of behaviour and delivery.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
