The job

We're looking for a talented ASO Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving Flo's organic growth. If you're passionate about mobile app discovery, data-driven optimization, and creating impactful user experiences, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Driving Organic Growth with Fresh Perspectives: You'll research, brainstorm, analyze, and prioritize App Store Optimization (ASO) ideas. This involves leveraging rich product and user insights from Flo, alongside competitor analysis, to craft highly impactful experiences that sustain our organic growth.
  • Sustaining Data-Driven Workflows: You'll continuously monitor, assess, and address any gaps in our organic growth performance. Using a mix of data points and sources, your insights will directly inform and adjust our ASO plans and priorities.
  • Executing ASO Initiatives: You'll lead the day-to-day operational efforts in ASO's ongoing optimization. This includes discussing action plans with the team, uploading assets to developer consoles, and configuring various store listings and experiments.

What You'll Bring

Essential

  • At least 1 year of hands on App Store Optimization (ASO) experience, gained either in an in-house environment or a strategic role at an agency or consultancy.
  • Familiarity with key ASO tools such as AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Mobile Action, AppFollow, Appfigures, or similar platforms.
  • Fluency in at least one key area of ASO, including keyword research, A/B testing, visual storytelling, copywriting, or data analysis/visualization.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Working proficiency in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Marketing, particularly digital marketing disciplines like SEO, performance marketing, PR, or social media.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, or Canva.
  • Product management skills, including multivariate testing or go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
  • Basic understanding of mobile and web attribution models (e.g., SKAN, AppsFlyer).
  • Basic AI knowledge, focusing on analytical or generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity.
  • Prior experience in the Health Tech industry

Annual Salary Range (ranges may vary based on skills and experience)

£28,000 - £33,000 GBP

We support impact with meaningful reward. Here’s what that looks like:

  • Competitive salary and annual reviews
  • Opportunity to participate in Flo’s performance incentive scheme

  • Accelerated professional growth through world-changing work and learning support
  • Flexible office + home working, up to 2 months a year working abroad
  • 5-week fully paid sabbatical at 5-year Floversary
  • Flo Premium for friends & family, plus more health, pension and wellbeing perks
