The job

We are seeking a talented Motion Designer to join our dynamic Creative Studio team. As part of a collaborative team of 21, you will work closely with our User Acquisition (paid social), Brand, Marketing, and Growth teams to create visually compelling motion graphics that drive engagement and support the overall brand strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and passionate motion designer to develop their skills and contribute to impactful marketing campaigns.

Your Experience

Must have:

  • 3+ years of experience in motion design with a strong portfolio showcasing animation skills and editing techniques;
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and other motion design software;
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC;
  • Proficiency in Figma or similar software;
  • Strong understanding of animation principles and visual effects;
  • A strong eye for detail, with an understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to maintain consistency across motion graphics;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including copywriters, designers, and marketers;
  • Understanding of basic performance marketing concepts (e.g., CTR, conversion rates);
  • Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent communication skills for clear and effective collaboration;
  • Genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for experimenting with AI tools, including generative AI video platforms, to push creative boundaries and elevate video storytelling.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the tech or digital marketing industry;
  • Experience in the femtech, health, and wellbeing sector;
  • Familiarity with Cinema 4D or 3D motion design (a plus);
  • Familiarity with app store optimization (ASO) creatives;
  • Basic understanding of user acquisition (UA) and CRM creatives.

 

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Boosting motion design capacity within the Creative Studio team by swiftly creating and animating motion graphics to address unplanned increases in demand from the UA team.
  • Collaborating with the UA team to produce high-quality motion assets that meet urgent campaign needs and evolving priorities.
  • Adapting existing designs and creating new iterations rapidly to support spontaneous creative requests, ensuring timely delivery of engaging motion graphics that highlight app features and user experiences.
  • Addressing localisation requests to cover UA needs, ensuring that motion graphics are relevant and effective across different markets.
  • Supporting Growth Marketing by producing motion graphics for new releases, including stories and emails.
  • Exploring and integrating generative AI tools to streamline workflows, develop innovative video concepts, and contribute to a future-focused creative approach.

 

You'll be targeted on:

  • Contributing to user engagement with campaigns;
  • Delivering high-quality design work that aligns with brand goals and marketing objectives.

Salary Range in Lithuania:

Salary Range - gross per month (ranges may vary based on skills and experience)

€3.000 - €3.600 EUR
