From launching new features to delivering seamless end-to-end journeys, we’re looking for passionate individuals with a growth mindset who can innovate, experiment and move fast.
Become our Senior QA Release Manager and help us smoothly deliver content to the Flo app. Your main objective will be to ensure the quality and efficiency of this process for your team, ensuring content is delivered safely, efficiently, and with high quality to the correct audience.
You will join one of our cross-functional engineering teams while becoming an integral part of our larger QA release management community. You will have the opportunity to actively contribute to and shape best practices and quality assurance standards, ensuring excellence across our projects.
What you'll be doing:
- Assemble and configure production content using various internal platforms.
- Ensure the smooth execution of the end-to-end content release process for your team.
- Develop effective testing strategies for new features and complex content, going beyond simple manual checks.
- Analyze and improve content delivery workflows, identifying opportunities for efficiency.
- Help drive the defect management process, from prioritization to analyzing root causes.
- Partner with Dev/QA teams to help automate processes and manual checks.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with multiple teams (Product, Marketing, Eng) in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Your Experience:
Must have:
- 5+ years experience as QA Engineer/Manual Tester;
- Technical mindset;
- Experience in using any of Proxy/ API tools, any SQL tool, GitHub/Bitbucket;
- Knowledge of Mobile or Web testing basics.
- Knowledge of principles of continuous delivery and continuous improvement;
- Excellent soft and communication skills (flexibility, positive attitude, teamwork, responsibility);
- Ability to cope with multitasking (meet deadlines, miss no tasks, be attentive to details);
- Ability to self-organize your routine daily tasks;
- Literacy in the English language.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of A/B testing basics;
- Experience in leading larger initiatives or projects, spanning over multiple teams and stakeholders

Salary Range - gross per month (ranges may vary based on skills and experience)
€3.700 - €4.550 EUR
