What You’ll Bring to the Team:

The Director of Demand Generation at Florence Healthcare is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the overarching demand generation strategy aimed at driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. With a focus on both strategy and team leadership, this role encompasses the planning, execution, and optimization of all demand generation activities across paid media, marketing communications, field marketing, organic marketing, pipeline planning & forecasting, channel mix, and metrics & reporting. Leading a dynamic team of marketing professionals, you will ensure a data-driven, integrated approach to nurture and expand Florence Healthcare’s market presence and fuel the sales pipeline for our innovative Site Enablement Platform.

You Will:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a robust demand generation strategy aligned with Florence Healthcare’s business goals and market opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and ROI-driven marketing within the demand generation team and broader marketing department.

Team Management and Development:

  • Hire, lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing demand generation team responsible for executing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring clear communication and alignment between the demand generation, marketing, CX/ARM, RevOps and sales teams.

Paid Media:

  • Oversee the paid media campaign strategy across various platforms to generate high-quality leads and enhance brand visibility.

Marketing Communications:

  • Lead the development and execution of impactful marketing communications strategies to elevate Florence Healthcare’s brand presence and customer engagement.

Field Marketing:

  • Direct field marketing initiatives to support regional sales efforts, coordinating closely with the sales team and Florence KOLs/influencers to maximize impact at local events, trade shows, and other field marketing activities.

Organic Marketing:

  • Drive organic growth through effective SEO, inbound marketing, and social media strategies, ensuring a consistent and compelling message across channels.

Pipeline Planning, Forecasting and Reporting:

  • Work closely with the sales, finance, and revenue operations team to ensure accurate pipeline planning, forecasting, and seamless lead handoff processes.
  • Establish a comprehensive metrics and reporting framework to evaluate campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI, providing actionable insights for continuous optimization.

Channel Mix:

  • Evaluate and optimize the channel mix to ensure effective reach and engagement with target audiences, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making.

Cross-functional Orchestration:

  • Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and CX to implement clear SLA rules and lead-handling processes that accelerate MQL > MQA > SQA conversion.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing and Content to develop campaigns and nurture streams tied to launches, use cases, and personas.
  • Contribute to the architecture and execution of ABM programs, working with the VP of Marketing and CRO to prioritize enterprise targets.

 

An Ideal Candidate Has:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in demand generation or similar roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Demonstrated track record scaling pipeline with AI-driven workflows, advanced segmentation, and ROI accountability.
  • Fluent in the language of both marketers and CFOs; able to connect CAC, payback, and contribution to business health.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to foster collaboration and drive results across GTM functions, especially Sales, Product, and Finance.
  • Proven experience in SaaS or healthcare technology marketing is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, with a track record of driving successful demand generation campaigns and achieving revenue targets.
