Since 2017, Flourish has been on a mission to help financial advisors evolve from holistic advice to holistic implementation to more fully serve their clients and achieve better outcomes. We focus on independent Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), delivering financial products that advisors can’t easily access today through beautiful, scalable, and easy-to-use technology.

Today, we work with over 900 RIAs that collectively represent more than $1.6T in assets under management across two products — Flourish Annuities and Flourish Cash — and with our recent acquisition of Sora Finance, we’ll be adding a lending offering in 2026. Headquartered in New York City, we are an independently-operating, wholly-owned subsidiary of MassMutual Life Insurance Company.

About You

You are first and foremost a data-focused leader who enjoys both digging into the details and stepping back to look at overall systems with an eye for growth. You have a vision and want to build and own the data function for the marketing team, leading the initiative for the group from basic visibility to growth engine. You see yourself as a go-to person who loves proactively asking big questions and diving into the answers. Your default is to live in the numbers far more than the copy or creative. You’re comfortable in martech systems as well as standard reporting/BI tools. You love to ask “why?” and investigate to find the answer. You believe in testing and tweaking, you stand behind your data, and you understand the levers of growth marketing. You enjoy collaborating with the data team but aim to be self-sufficient for day to day programs. You understand the business and always work to uncover insights that drive growth. The ideal candidate enjoys being hands-on in creating campaigns that leverage learnings and improve results. You’re detail-oriented and take pride in your work to make sure it is accurate, expertly executed, and moves our business forward.

About the Role

Flourish’s growing marketing team is looking for a marketing leader to build and own marketing analytics and operations who will report into our CMO. This role will live in the marketing data, will continuously tweak to maximize growth results, and will constantly provide clear insights and reporting up to leadership. In this role, you'll own marketing data models, analytics and insights, working closely with our team to understand what drives marketing results and owning regular reporting processes and cadences. You will run the email marketing function, helping to drive opportunities to segment messaging and target audiences with the right email at the right time. You’ll be an integral partner to campaign ideation and planning, working with the team to create campaigns that leverage past learnings and test new ideas. You’ll be responsible for proposing where resources are spent, providing clear performance reporting in a visually appealing way, and demonstrate what is and is not working.

  • Build and lead the Flourish marketing data program and be the most senior quantitative member of the Marketing team
  • Own and manage data and reporting for paid and organic campaigns to meet ambitious growth goals

  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management, influencing strategic decisions
  • Be accountable for the quantitative side of the Marketing team

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
