The ideal candidate will bring a proven ability to design and execute recruiting strategies, manage budgets, optimize Greenhouse ATS system, and step in directly when volume requires. This position is both strategic and hands-on, requiring adaptability, resilience, and a strong commitment to achieving results.

- Partner with senior leadership to identify workforce needs and align recruiting strategies with business goals.
- Manage recruiting budgets and allocate resources efficiently across hiring priorities.
System & Process Optimization
- Leverage expertise across Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System to be the most effective platform for our organization.
- Establish standardized recruiting processes, ensuring compliance and positive candidate experience.
Hands-On Recruiting
- Actively support the team by personally sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to manage workload and meet deadlines.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for both immediate and long-term hiring needs.
- Model best practices in candidate engagement and relationship-building.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department leaders, ensuring alignment between talent strategies and organizational objectives.
- Partner with external recruiting agencies and platforms as necessary to supplement internal efforts and have the capability to identify key roles that should be supported by additional resourcing.
Market & Industry Insights
- Stay informed on labor market trends, competitive hiring practices, and industry benchmarks to inform decision-making.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent availability, compensation, and workforce planning.
Reporting & Metrics
- Track, analyze, and present key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, etc.) to leadership.
- Use data insights to continually refine recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS) strongly preferred.
- 7+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years managing a recruiting team.
- Demonstrated success in managing recruiting budgets and vendor relationships.
- Expertise in ATS platforms; Greenhouse preferred, with proven ability to identify and implement optimal solutions.
- Strong track record of full-cycle recruiting across technical, operational, and leadership roles (construction/HVAC industry experience preferred).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills; adept at using metrics to drive performance.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
- Willingness to act as both a strategic leader and a hands-on recruiter.
Benefits

- Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
- Retirement plan with company match.
- Professional development and leadership growth opportunities.
- Collaborative and supportive work environment.
