Mission & Outcomes: FloWater was founded on a simple idea and a bold vision—to revolutionize the way the world drinks water. As we continue to grow across the U.S., we’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage customer invoicing, process payments, respond to billing inquiries, and provide vital support to the Finance & Accounting team.

Responsibilities and Role:
- Engage with customers to resolve past-due balances, interpreting contracts and obligations with confidence and accuracy
- Process payments and apply cash receipts in a timely, precise manner
- Investigate and resolve account discrepancies, drawing on account history and data
- Generate accurate invoices from sales orders or contracts, including setting up recurring billing when needed
- Respond to billing inquiries with professionalism, clarity, and timeliness
- Monitor and manage the AR email inbox to efficiently handle and resolve customer questions
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Support team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Conduct research to provide customers with clear, informative solutions
- Support the monthly close process for all assigned accounts
Candidate Competencies:
- 3+ years of accounts receivable and customer service experience
- Proficient in NetSuite (required)
- Comfortable managing aged receivables and following up effectively
- A self-starter who takes ownership of their work from start to finish
- Proficient with Mac computers
- Thrives in both independent and collaborative work environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
- Committed to confidentiality, accuracy, and accountability
Compensation: This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly wage ($23.00 - $25.00 / hour depending on experience), comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, F.S.A., 401(k)), partially paid parental leave policy, and Paid Time Off.
