About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product Marketing, Senior Associate to join our team, focusing specifically on sales and CS enablement. This role will be instrumental in empowering our revenue-generating teams with the tools and resources they need to succeed. You will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality enablement materials that drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales and CS Enablement Content Creation: Contribute to the development of a library of sales and customer success enablement materials, including presentations, one-pagers, demo scripts, FAQs, and competitive battle cards.
  • Custom Asset Development: Respond to and fulfill custom asset requests from sales and customer success teams, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Product Training Support: Assist in the development and delivery of product training programs for sales and customer success teams.
  • Sales and CS Communication: Act as a central point of contact for sales and customer success teams regarding product messaging and enablement resources.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of enablement materials, using data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Competitive Analysis: Support the team by conducting competitive analysis that can be used to inform sales and CS teams.
  • Feedback Loop: Actively seek feedback from sales and CS teams to continuously improve enablement materials and programs.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of Product Marketing experience. Tech experience preferred but not required
  • Strategic Messaging & Positioning: Proven track record of developing and executing clear, differentiated messaging and positioning strategies that cut through market noise.
  • Expert Storyteller: Ability to craft compelling product narratives that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
  • Content Creation Powerhouse: Skilled in creating high-impact marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, sales collateral, and presentations, that effectively communicates product value.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with a variety of audiences.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, lean startup environment.
  • NYC based and desire to be in-person at the Soho office and IRL with clients.

A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.  The current range for this role is $80-$100K OTE + equity.
