This position is part of our Go-To-Market team, dedicated to serving enterprise clients within core audience segments.   As part of this team, you'll contribute to initiatives that maintain our position as the preferred QR provider for over 70% of Fortune 500 companies.

Role

As an Account Executive, you will collaborate with our leadership team and cross-functional partners to identify market trends, gather customer insights, and uncover new growth opportunities. You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by delivering tailored solutions and fostering client success.This role requires a consultative approach to sales and a deep understanding of the complex needs of enterprise SaaS clients. 

Responsibilities 

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Understand client challenges and goals, strategizing and executing on how Flowcode can meet specific business needs
  • Develop lasting relationships with key client stakeholders across their organizations
  • Work with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to address client needs and ensure effective solution delivery
  • Maintain accurate CRM data for sales forecasts and account statuses 
  • Keep up with industry trends and competitive landscape to offer relevant insights to clients and internal teams

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of B2B SaaS enterprise sales or similar experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and managing a book of business within a complex sales cycle
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish credibility and build trust with enterprise clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a solution-oriented approach to client challenges
  • Proficiency with CRM software and familiarity with sales engagement tools
  • Experience in fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment with changing priorities
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team, sharing insights and supporting peers to achieve collective goals 

This is an in-office role at our beautiful offices in Soho, NYC.

A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.  The current range for this role is up to $160-200K OTE plus equity.
