This position is part of our Go-To-Market team, dedicated to serving enterprise clients within core audience segments. As part of this team, you'll contribute to initiatives that maintain our position as the preferred QR provider for over 70% of Fortune 500 companies.
Role
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating new business opportunities through prospecting and outreach. The ideal candidate will build the top of our sales funnel and contribute to our Go-To-Market team’s success by identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-potential prospects. As part of this team, you'll contribute to initiatives that maintain our position as the preferred QR provider for over 70% of Fortune 500 companies.
Responsibilities
- Driving growth for the business by partnering with Marketing and Sales teams to promote the Flowcode solution to key customers
- Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including phone, email using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, zoominfo and hubspot etc
- Initiate contact with prospects, build rapport, and communicate our product’s value effectively
- Assess prospect needs and qualify leads for handoff to Account Executives
- Log interactions and maintain accurate data in the CRM to ensure seamless collaboration with the sales team
- Gather feedback from prospects to inform product and marketing strategies
Qualifications
- 1+ years in a sales, customer service, or BDR role, ideally in SaaS or technology.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as qualification skills to effectively speak to customers
- Highly motivated by goals and KPIs, with a track record of meeting targets
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills
- Strong track record using effective time management and organizational skills to approach each day
- Comfortable using CRM software and sales enablement tools
- Experience in fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment with changing priorities
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team, sharing insights and supporting peers to achieve collective goals
This is an in-office role at our beautiful offices in Soho, NYC.

A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The current range for this role is $60-75K OTE plus equity.
