About the Role
We are seeking a Content Labeling Specialist to become an integral part of our team. This role is designed for someone who thrives in high-volume data environments and is motivated by the challenge of manually reviewing, tagging, and tracking Flowcodes at scale. The ideal candidate will analyze every free and Pro code generated, check redirect links, categorize use cases, and build datasets that fuel our data-driven strategies across marketing, sales, and product development.
This is not just an analytical role; it requires hands-on, meticulous work, clicking through thousands of codes per day to understand real-world customer behavior. If you enjoy diving deep into data and uncovering patterns that drive business decisions, this role is for you.

In This Role, You Will:
- Manually review and tag thousands of Flowcodes weekly, categorizing them by industry, use case, and other relevant metrics.
- Create an in-depth tagging and classification system, ensuring accurate and consistent labeling for further analysis.
- Check redirect links to understand where users are directing traffic and how they engage with Flowcodes.
- Build robust datasets that allow Flowcode to enhance sales and marketing strategies.
- Identify customer behavior trends and surface insights that inform key business decisions.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to leverage collected data for targeted outreach and campaign optimization.
- Work closely with product, customer success, and data engineering teams to improve customer experiences and data tracking capabilities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to tag & label large amounts of data manually with accuracy.
- Highly organized with excellent time-management skills to handle repetitive yet critical tasks at scale.
- A knack for discovery, motivated by "the hunt" to find interesting data points and customer behaviors.
- Adaptability and a growth mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Expert proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with SQL, Looker, HubSpot is a plus.

A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The current range for this role is $65K - $95K plus equity.
