As a Post-Sales Solutions Engineer, you aren't just a technical resource; you are the architect of our customers' success.

You will partner with our largest Enterprise clients (think Fortune 500 retailers, global media networks, and sports leagues) to turn high-level business goals into sophisticated technical implementations. You are the glue between our Product team and the real-world application of our tech suite.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the technical onboarding and implementation for Enterprise clients, ensuring Flowcode is deeply integrated into their marketing tech stacks (CRMs, CDPs, and Analytics engines).
• Act as a trusted advisor to CMOs and CTOs, helping them understand how to leverage Flowcode’s technology to drive measurable ROI.
• Own technical implementation for Flowcode clients, including marketing pixel setup, integration support, event setup, and troubleshooting for enterprise clients.
• Write and modify lightweight code (JavaScript, JSON, SQL, or similar) to adjust configurations, update conversion events, and debug integrations.
• Set up and support CRM, data share, and custom domain integrations, including DNS configuration and verification, to connect client systems across Flowcode’s ecosystem.
• Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure every client’s technical setup drives measurable business outcomes.
• Support other technical customer needs including QA, data flow validation, and tagging structure optimization.
• Create the playbooks, technical documentation, and best practices that will allow our post-sales engine to scale as we grow 10x.

Who You Are

• You can explain complex API integrations to a non-technical Marketing Manager, then hop on a call with a Lead Developer to debug a webhook issue.
• 3–5 years in a technical client-facing role (Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Implementation Engineering), ideally within the SaaS, MarTech, or AdTech space.
• Experience writing backend code such as Go (preferred), Typescript, Javascript (Node), Java, C#
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and basic API or web tag configuration.
• Experience with analytics or marketing pixels (e.g., Meta, Google, Segment, TikTok, etc.) and event-based tracking frameworks.
• Understanding of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and data integration pipelines.
• You don’t just identify problems; you build the bridge to the solution. You thrive in the "gray area" of a fast-growing startup.
• Comfort working with SQL or JSON for data validation is a plus.
• Understanding of data privacy requirements (GDPR/CCPA) and how to visualize flow-through analytics.
• High-autonomy, high-ownership mentality, comfortable in fast-paced environments and ruthlessly focused on customer outcomes.

A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The current range for this role is up to $135 - $155K OTE plus equity.
