POSITION OVERVIEW

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all incoming packaging materials and maintaining accurate raw goods inventory across Flow Distributions’ in-house and partner brands. This role is essential to ensuring the accuracy of inventory data used for production planning and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS 

Receiving & Documentation 

  • Intake, coordinate, and track all incoming packaging shipments. 
  • Verify physical packaging counts against corresponding invoices. 
  • Report any discrepancies: 
    • Flow In-House Brands: Report to Supply Chain Manager. 
    • Non-Flow Brands: Report directly to Brand or Brand’s Supply Chain POC.
  • Ensure packaging invoices for Flow brands are scanned and uploaded into Dext. 
  • For any questions regarding what needs to be scanned, consult the Supply Chain Manager.

Inventory Management

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels of all raw goods and packaging materials. 
  • Conduct routine inventory audits using Looker reports to verify stock accuracy and availability. 
  • Coordinate the staging of packaging materials as requested by production teams.
    • Ensure all used packaging is returned to the appropriate storage rooms and accurately reflected in digital inventory systems.
  • Act as a liaison between warehouse operations and production to ensure seamless inventory movement and minimal delays.

Warehouse Organization & Cleanliness

  • Keep warehouse clean and organized, including: 
    • Sweeping dust and debris. 
    • Organizing pallets, racks, and packaging inventory.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the Operations Manager.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS AND ADDITIONAL DUTIES

  • Must comply with all company policies, procedures, and OSHA safety protocols. 
  • Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to cannabis and related substances. 
  • Must have reliable transportation and punctual, regular attendance. 
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or overtime, as needed. 
  • Must maintain a professional and respectful demeanor in all interactions with coworkers, vendors, and partners. 
  • Must be able to push, pull, move, and lift up to 50 lbs. to a height of at least 5 feet, and carry that weight a minimum of 50 feet without mechanical assistance.
  • Must comply with all confidentiality requirements related to company operations, products, and proprietary information. 
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

JOB SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, and EDUCATION:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the US with proper employment documentation.
  • 2+ years in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably with inventory management experience or equivalent.
  • Must pass any background checks or fingerprint clearance as required by state cannabis regulations (e.g., AZDHS Facility Agent Card).
  • Valid Arizona driver's license. 
  • OSHA 10 Certification (preferred, but not required)
  • Forklift Certification (preferred, but not required)
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with fluctuating temperatures. 
  • Ability to safely operate pallet jacks, carts, or other warehouse tools if required. 
  • Familiarity with invoice reconciliation and inventory software. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organized systems. 
  • Effective communication skills across multiple departments and brands. 
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving ability.

WORK SCHEDULE & ENVIRONMENT

  • This is a full-time, on-site position based in a warehouse environment. Standard work hours are 7:00AM - 3:30PM, Monday-Friday, with occasional overtime, evening, or weekend work as needed to meet operational deadlines. 
  • The work environment may include exposure to loud noise, dust, temperature changes, and cannabis-related materials.
