Job Title: Cultivation Technician 

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Job Status: Full-Time 

Pay Range: Starting at $16.50 hourly

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm (occasional overtime on weekends)

POSITION SUMMARY

Flow Distribution is seeking a Cultivation Technician to support daily plant care and cultivation operations from clone to harvest. This is a hands-on, active role working directly with plants in a team-driven environment.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in attention to detail, and is interested in gaining experience in large-scale cannabis cultivation. Technicians play a key role in maintaining plant health, supporting harvests, and keeping cultivation areas clean and organized.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS

• Assist with daily plant care including pruning, transplanting, watering, trellising, and defoliation
• Support harvest activities alongside post-harvest team
• Move plants and materials throughout the facility
• Maintain clean, organized cultivation rooms and equipment
• Follow SOPs to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Ability to work on your feet and perform physical tasks throughout the shift 
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to follow direction and work efficiently
• Must be 21+ with valid Arizona ID
