Pay Range: $19-$22
POSITION OVERVIEW
A proactive and highly organized Brand Coordinator serves as the central point of contact for all matters related to the Mfused brand. This role ensures effective cross-functional communication, operational alignment, and accountability across production, distribution, marketing, accounting, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, an analytical mindset, and a collaborative spirit to uphold brand excellence and operational efficiency.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS
- Cross-Functional Communication & Coordination
- Act as the primary liaison for all Mfused-related initiatives across Flow Distribution departments.
- Funnel communications to appropriate teams and individuals, ensuring timely follow-through and accountability.
- Monitor all Mfused activities and ensure alignment with internal processes and priorities.
- Production & Inventory Collaboration
- Work closely with the production team to ensure adequate levels of both raw materials and finished goods are available to meet demand.
- Help anticipate production needs based on forecasted sales, upcoming promotions, and product launches.
- Distribution Oversight
- Partner with the distribution/logistics team to ensure that all Mfused orders are filled accurately and within delivery windows.
- Troubleshoot delays or fulfillment issues and initiate corrective action.
- Accounting Support
- Monitor select accounts receivable tied to Mfused and flag any delinquencies or concerns for follow-up.
- Accountability & Reporting
- Own and manage all brand-related operational touchpoints and ensure timely, complete communication across teams.
- Track project progress and ensure that each task is followed up on and completed within agreed-upon timelines.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS AND ADDITIONAL DUTIES
- Must comply with all company policies, procedures, and OSHA safety protocols.
- Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to cannabis and related substances.
- Must have reliable transportation and punctual, regular attendance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or overtime, as needed.
- Must comply with all confidentiality requirements related to company operations, products, and proprietary information.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.
JOB SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EDUCATION:
- At least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the US with proper employment documentation.
- Must pass any background checks or fingerprint clearance as required by state cannabis regulations (e.g., AZDHS Facility Agent Card).
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and lift up to 50 lbs. to a height of at least 5 feet, and carry that weight a minimum of 50 feet without mechanical assistance.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in brand management, operations, or cross-functional coordination roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workflows.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with inventory, order fulfillment, and accounting workflows a plus.
- Experience in cannabis, CPG, or regulated industries preferred.
WORK SCHEDULE & ENVIRONMENT
