Digital Assets Relationship Manager

Flow Traders is looking for a Relationship Manager to join our Digital Assets team in New York. The ideal candidate is organized and passionate about the Digital Assets industry. In this role, you will streamline counterparty interactions, improve response times, enhance onboarding efficiency, and optimize internal workflows.

 

What you will do

  • Act as the main point of contact for crypto counterparties, ensuring responsive communication and a smooth overall experience
  • Maintain and update internal tools with clear documentation and timely follow-ups to guarantee alignment across business and support teams
  • Coordinate closely with trading teams to stay aligned on execution, pricing, and evolving counterparty needs
  • Take full ownership of the counterparty management lifecycle, ensuring proactive engagement and continuity across touchpoints
  • Ensure clear and consistent handovers between global regions to support 24/7 continuous coverage
  • Handle internal and inbound requests with an autonomous, problem-solving mindset, taking initiative to drive resolution without unnecessary escalation
  • Support relationship-building and commercial growth by identifying and developing new opportunities with counterparties
  • Share relevant market insights—including developments across spot, derivatives, and broader digital asset markets—to keep counterparties informed and engaged
  • Plan and execute in-person meetings, events, and industry networking opportunities to strengthen Flow Traders’ presence in the digital asset ecosystem
  • Identify and promote cross-product opportunities across Flow Traders’ broader offering—spanning trading, OTC, infrastructure, and traditional markets—ensuring counterparties benefit from a fully integrated experience
  • Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, actively contributing ideas to improve processes, explore new opportunities, and shape the future of Flow Traders’ digital asset strategy

 

What you need to succeed

  • 0 to 3 years of relevant work experience in relationship management within the TradFi or Digital Assets space
  • High sense of urgency, self-motivation and entrepreneurship
  • Proven team-player with ability to work effectively across time zones in fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong interest in crypto and an understanding of crypto market structure
  • Data-driven approach to decision making and priority setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Well-organized with a proven ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Proactive mindset and ability to independently drive projects to completion

Where candidates will fall within the range depends on a few different factors including but not limited to level of experience, location, and specific skill set. We also consider ourselves one global team, and to demonstrate that, all employees are eligible to share in the company’s success through an annual discretionary variable remuneration allocated based on company, group and individual performance and contribution. 

 

Per NYC salary transparency law, the total compensation for this role includes a base of $125,000 plus annual discretionary variable remuneration.
