Recruitment Coordinator

Flow Traders is looking for a motivated, driven and experienced full-time Recruitment Coordinator to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate is driven and proactive with a positive can-do attitude. In this challenging role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment team with several activities. What you will do

• Understand Flow Traders’ core business and the specific requirements for various roles within our EMEA offices
• Manage job postings both on company website and third-party job boards
• Schedule interviews, facilitate assessments and maintain communication with candidates throughout the selection process to ensure a positive experience
• Support the organization of competitive and creative recruitment events, such as career fairs, info-sessions and competitions, and more where needed
• Retain up-to-date records in applicant tracking system and maintain talent pipeline alongside recruiters
• Handle ad-hoc change management around recruitment systems including users, candidate data, and company data
• Manage team’s shared inbox

What you need to succeed 

• 0-2 years of experience in Recruitment; experience with recruitment cycles and/or event planning, a plus
• HBO or University degree in HR or related studies
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English 
• Possess a strong sense of ownership and take pride in work
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detail
• Ability to adapt and handle simultaneous moving parts with a sense of urgency in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
• Ability to take initiative and effectively use existing resources to work independently
