Executive Assistant
Flow Traders is looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO in New York. This role is high visibility and we're looking for someone experienced in navigating C-suite priorities, managing complex calendars and meetings, and serving as a central liaison between internal teams and senior leadership.

What you will do
- Provides primary admin support to the CEO and occasional admin support for members of the Operating Committee, which is comprised of the senior-most members overseeing and leading the US office
- Proactively manages calendars and expense reports
- Composes and proof-reads both routine and non-routine correspondence with attention to detail and minimal supervision
- Manage the preparation and execution of high profile management meetings, both internal and external
- Independently filters employee requests to management by providing immediate answers when possible and raising issues to responsible person when clarity is needed
- Serve as centralized contact within the organization to request management signatures
- Coordinate with legal team to maintain up to date records of fully executed contracts
- Arrange travel bookings, speaking engagements and conferences for management team
- Maintain organized electronic filing system of important management documents
- Plan and facilitate New York-hosted Global Management Meetings (1x per year)
- May occasionally facilitate meeting productivity through the collection of materials from key stakeholders, agenda setting, taking and distributing of meeting minutes and follow up on outstanding items after the meetings
- May assist with planning and/or assisting at company events
What you need to succeed
- 5+ years of relevant experience in market risk, preferably within a trading floor environment
- Strong understanding of financial instruments, particularly equities, fixed income, FX, and derivatives
- Proven experience working with real-time data feeds, reconciliations, and risk-related data infrastructure
- Proficient in SQL, Python, and Excel (VBA); comfortable working with complex datasets
- Highly detail-oriented and precise, especially when validating and reconciling risk exposure data
- Strong analytical thinker with excellent communication skills; collaborative across technical and trading teams
- Degree in Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field

Where candidates will fall within the range depends on a few different factors including but not limited to level of experience, location, and specific skill set. We also consider ourselves one global team, and to demonstrate that, all employees are eligible to share in the company’s success through an annual discretionary variable remuneration allocated based on company, group and individual performance and contribution.
Per NYC salary transparency law, the total compensation for this role includes a base range of $90,000 to $110,000 plus annual discretionary variable remuneration.
