Corporate Strategy Manager

Flow Traders is looking for a Corporate Strategy Manager to join the Corporate Strategy team and support in the development and continuous refinement of Flow Traders’ corporate strategy and equity story as well as various corporate finance related topics (e.g., M&A, VC portfolio, financing). The Corporate Strategy team plays a crucial role in supporting the firm’s expansion into new asset classes and trading strategies (e.g. digital assets and systematic trading) as well as supporting the CEO to focus on the external strategy, partnerships and investor engagement.

What you will do

• Support the Corporate Strategy function including strategy development and advancing our equity story based on the ability to distill market trends and convert those into strategic ideas
• Supports day-to-day Investor Relations, including all investors related communications quarterly results (press releases and materials), monthly market updates, and inputs to annual/half-year reports, AGM, preparation
• Identifies, builds and deepens key relationships to external parties (competitors, industry networks, industry experts, VC/ PE investors, regulators etc.) to help further building Flow Traders’ reputation in global financial markets and to systematically bring in external insight
• Build a best‑in‑class intelligence and knowledge base to inform-, and translate insights into compelling communications for investors, analysts, and other stakeholders
• Support in various corporate finance related topics such as M&A, financing as well as our venture capital portfolio

What you need to succeed

• 5-10 years’ proven track record in corporate strategy, investor relations, M&A and/or capital markets in a financial services space (ideally including market infrastructure exposure)
• Affinity with global financial markets and market structure evolution (crypto/digital assets/DeFi)
• Advanced degree preferred (Master/MBA/PhD) or bachelor’s in economics, Finance, Business or STEM
• Strategic thinker and self-starter with excellent organizational skills; thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, informal environment
• Problem solving ability combined with structured way of working and strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills: data analysis, financial modeling (a plus), scenario building
• Exceptional communication, diplomatic and facilitation skills
• Fluency in English (Dutch is desirable)
