Sales Training and Enablement Manager

Fluxx is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sales Training and Enablement Manager to join the Go-To-Market team. The Sales Training and Enablement Manager is responsible for developing and executing training programs that enhance the skills, performance, and productivity of our sales teams. This role involves creating educational materials, conducting workshops, and ensuring sales representatives have access to the necessary tools and resources to succeed. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for coaching and a deep understanding of sales processes and methodologies.

This is a full-time exempt and remote position. Candidates must be located in the United States.

How you will make an impact:

  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to assess needs related to training and development in order to execute immediate business needs and build a long-term strategy
  •  Support Business Development Reps, Account Executives, and  Go-to-Market initiatives around the launch and adoption of product enhancements, business process updates, and strategic messaging adjustments to best relate to the priorities of the customer base 
  • Onboard and ramp incoming members of the sales and customer success teams to quickly achieve key performance metrics for their individual role 
  • Track the effectiveness of these programs via quantitative and qualitative data shared on a quarterly basis   
  • Determine the most effective content delivery method based on subject matter and audience to ensure high-quality and engaging experiences - including live and on-demand video recordings, knowledge-based assessments, peer learning, etc
  • Partner with sales and success management to regularly conduct 1:1 call coaching to best identify training and enablement needs across the organization and provide constructive feedback to reps and leaders 
  • Collaborate with leaders in departments to effectively launch and develop cross-sell initiatives, strategies, and GTM items 
  • Use our LMS to deploy trainings, certifications, learning programs, and courses to enable sellers with the most relevant and important information to succeed in their roles 
  • Will be an asset to the planning and execution of Sales Kickoff events and material

What you bring to the team: 

  • 2-4 years of experience with training in a remote or live setting.
  • Knowledge about the sales process and skilled in content creation, oral and written presentations, and sales enablement delivery models
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly identify the needs of stakeholders and proactively propose programs in support of team goals
  • The ability to be an engaging presenter who can deliver information effectively and encourage participation in remote environments
  • Priority to feedback and engagement and aims to make the teams in which they support an active part of the training process.
  • A proactive mindset, highly motivated, and adaptable to change
  • Experience in SaaS (required)
  • VERY strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Previous sales training, enablement, and curriculum development experience (preferred)

Salary:

Fluxx is committed to fair, transparent, and equitable compensation practices. We use a market-based approach to pay that reflects the cost of labor in different geographic regions, as well as our company size and industry standards.

This role is categorized into three compensation tiers based on location, with the following expected annual on-target earnings (base salary + commission):

Fluxx is currently seeking candidates located in Zone 2 and Zone 3 geographies for this role.

  • Zone 1 – San Francisco Bay Area, New York City
      We are not currently hiring for Zone 1 locations.
  • Zone 2 –  Boston, Los Angeles, San Diego, Seattle, Washington D.C.
      $95,400- $129,600
  • Zone 3 – All other U.S. locations
    $90,000- $122,000

The range listed reflects the expectations outlined in this job description. The final salary and commission package will be determined based on, but not limited to:  (a) the candidate’s location, (b) individual skills and qualifications, and (c) relevant experience.
