Flight Itinerary (About The Role)

We’re looking to onboard a Sales Director responsible for the APAC region to join the FLYR crew—someone who is an experienced and self-directed enterprise SaaS / Airline Industry professional with a demonstrated track record of success in engaging with clients to transform their environments, enabling growth, modernization, and cost savings. The successful candidate will embody an outcome-based approach and be able to establish a deep understanding of customers’ business needs. This individual can masterfully translate the identified customer outcomes to FLYR’s solution and technology footprint to create customer value and gain sponsorship from prospective customer CXOs to pursue a business relationship. Sales Executives must gain a thorough knowledge of the market the solutions/services the Company can provide, and develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape. FLYR is seeking an executive sales consultative approach that can establish a market for new technologies and innovative solutions within the airline industry. 

What Your Journey Will Look Like (Responsibilities)

  • Market Evangelism: Act as a thought leader and advocate for FLYR’s innovative modern retailing solutions. Help customers see how their businesses can benefit from modern retailing. Generate interest and demand for our product through strategic outreach and thought leadership.
  • Executive Engagement: Identify, build, and nurture relationships with C-level executives and other key decision-makers within the airline industry. Present and demonstrate the value of FLYR’s solutions with high executive presence and professionalism.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute targeted account strategies and initiatives to penetrate the aviation market and drive early adoption of FLYR’s key technologies. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and positioning based on customer feedback and personal insights gained through customer engagement.
  • Consultative Selling: Utilize your expertise in the industry to execute a consultative approach to position FLYR’s solutions in an ongoing evolution to modernize the industry. Understand clients' unique needs and challenges and tailor our solutions to address their pain points and objectives.
  • Demand Generation: Leverage industry knowledge and networks to create and cultivate demand for our products and solutions. Organize and participate in industry events, webinars, and meetings to build FLYR’s brand awareness and interest in FLYR’s solutions.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather and relay market insights and client feedback to the product development team to help refine and enhance our offerings based on real-world needs and preferences. The Sales Account Executive is a key voice of the customer and is essential in driving the product roadmap.

What To Pack For This Trip (Qualifications)

  • Saas Software experience is beneficial
