Flight Itinerary (About The Role)

Join FLYR's Marketing Solutions team and help deliver a critical piece of the ad-tech infrastructure for some of the world's leading airline brands. Our MarTech platform solves one of aviation's toughest marketing challenges: automatically delivering compliant, compelling price messaging across every digital channel while navigating complex DOT regulations. Working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and airline marketing, you'll be part of a solution that processes over 15 million data points monthly and keeps 250,000 unique prices live in market - enabling airlines to inspire and trip search and drive meaningful incremental revenue.

As a multifaceted team member, you'll serve as both product owner and tactical problem-solver for airline clients across the globe. This remote role blends client relationship management with product management - you'll be the vital link between our engineering team and the marketing leaders at major airline brands. From gathering insights that shape our product roadmap to onboarding new clients and optimizing their automated campaigns, you'll work hands-on to ensure airlines maximize their ROI while staying fully compliant. This position is a remote role. We are open to hiring a candidate based in one of the following states: Florida, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania. 

What Your Journey Will Look Like (Responsibilities)

  • Primarily, your responsibility is to ensure our clients are well informed about our capabilities and feel they have easy access to expertise. 
  • Your will have three key responsibilities: 
    • Ensure that new features are properly released: tested, documented and demoed. 
    • Support clients and users with their use of the platform.
    • Feedback into product development based opportunities and pain points discovered through this process.
  • Directly engage with our airline customers’ subject matter experts, and business leads to ensure adoption of our new features and smooth running of day-to-day operations
  • Identify new opportunities to make the FLYR Marketing Technology Platform easier and more useful
  • Write product release notes, deliver demos and drive product adoption
  • Work directly with engineering to communicate clear product requirements based
  • Demonstrate and support adoption of new functionality

What To Pack For This Trip (Qualifications)

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience
  • Your current role may be as a channel operator - perhaps in a marketing channel like email or web - either client side or at an agency
  • Domain knowledge in digital marketing technology, specifically email, search, social and web - you should be a good marketing technology generalist who knows how the machine works
  • Customer-centric with a proven track-record of developing and acting on customer insights
  • Experience coordinating requirements across diverse stakeholders, partners, and development teams
  • Ability to define opportunities and problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts and make valid conclusions
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Familiarity using research, prototypes, experimentation and analytics to guide decision making
  • Ability to work effectively both in a team environment, independently and with remote teams

Salary range (for NY and NJ): $142,000/yr - $199,000/yr. The salary range listed is applicable for candidates based in NY and NJ. For all other locations, exact compensation packages are based on geographic location, scope of the role, and relevant experience, among other factors.
