Flight Itinerary (About The Role)
As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you’re on an exciting journey of growth - transforming ideas into reliable, maintainable, and scalable software solutions. You work across both frontend and backend, ensuring smooth interactions between UI, business logic, and data layers. You bring precision and curiosity to your craft, contributing to all stages of the development lifecycle while learning from peers and mentors. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality make you a vital part of our engineering mission.
What Your Journey Will Look Like (Responsibilities)
- Develop high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented software across frontend and backend systems.
- Ensure all code meets team standards and passes existing test suites before review.
- Participate actively in code reviews, learning and providing constructive feedback.
- Write and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in existing code areas and propose enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with peers, QAs, and product teams to deliver reliable features.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks with guidance.
- Maintain awareness of non-functional needs like performance, scalability, and security.
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
What To Pack For This Trip (Qualifications)
- Proficient in C# (.NET) for backend development and JavaScript/TypeScript (preferably Angular) for frontend.
- Comfortable working with REST APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.
- Familiar with Git and version control workflows.
- Solid understanding of basic software design principles (SOLID, DRY, modularity).
- Knowledge of testing frameworks and automated testing fundamentals.
- Awareness of common web security practices.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and willingness to learn and grow.
Optional Carry-On (Preferred Qualifications)
- Exposure to cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Experience working in Agile teams or CI/CD pipelines.
