Our Vision

We believe in a world where travel companies can innovate freely, growing and accelerating their business, while delivering the experience travelers want and the change the industry needs.

FLYR is a technology company that unlocks freedom to innovate for the travel industry – eliminating legacy constraints to enable real-time decision making and create the experiences travelers seek. With FLYR, businesses are able to quickly unlock modern retailing capabilities, improve revenue performance and modernize the e-commerce experience.

Flight Itinerary (About The Role)

We are looking for a candidate with a strong architectural focus who can make decisions based on deep technical understanding. Ideally, this person should be able to work across 2–3 teams as Technical Lead, providing technical guidance with a focus on architectural impact rather than just writing small pieces of code.

What Your Journey Will Look Like (Responsibilities)

  • Be able to communicate effectively in both business and technical terms.
  • Offer something different from what a typical senior developer profile provides, more leadership, less pure coding.
  • Have at least 10 years of experience in total, with 5–6 years in a lead or architect role, preferably mentoring teams
  • Be the final decision-maker on technical matters and help set the technical direction for the teams.
  • We are not looking for just another senior developer. The main goal is someone hands-on when needed, but primarily focused on architecture and decision-making rather than day-to-day coding.
  • Propose improvements in architectures and internal processes

What To Pack For This Trip (Qualifications)

  • 8+ years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, SQL Server, MongoDB,  Redis and RabbitMQ or equivalent technologies, JMeter and Postman for advanced QA. Angular for frontend.
  • Mentoring experience - onboarding new engineers and fostering team growth through mentorship.
  • Working simultaneously in 2 or 3 different teams, making architectural decisions, securing the cross visions over the teams
  • Experience leading projects that include strategic problem-solving and high-impact results, following Clean Architecture principles and best practices.
  • A strategic approach to balancing code quality, testing, and long-term architecture.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex issues into clear, actionable insights.
  • Working proficiency in English and Spanish (fluency in both will be a plus).

Optional Carry-On (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Expertise with Git submodules
  • Experience in the airline industry, e-commerce systems and/or SaaS.

First-Class Amenities

  • Flexible working hours
  • Private medical and dental insurance with ADESLAS premium plan
  • Meal card
  • Additional benefits e.g. commuting allowance, kindergarten, others
  • Competitive salary
  • Learning & Development Stipend
  • Compensatory or extra holidays
  • Team building events
