We are seeking an ecommerce / Media Specialist who will be a key member of our Client Services team in Japan, ready to shape the future. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn and master digital retail marketing (especially with Amazon and Rakuten)
This position is intended for those based in Tokyo.
あなたの役割:
- 広告キャンペーン作成: クライアントに代わって広告キャンペーンのメディアプランニングを策定し、広告キャンペーンを実行する。
- 広告キャンペーン管理: Flywheel独自のテクノロジーを利用し、日々広告キャンペーンの継続的な最適化、クライアントのKPI達成に向けて運用する。
- 広告キャンペーンレポート: クライアントに対して日次、週次、月次のレポート、分析、パフォーマンスのインサイトの提示と実行を行う。
- 広告キャンペーンの運用・管理をじ実行するにあたり、人的運用とPerpetua(Amazon広告自動化ツール)双方を用いて顧客の広告パフォーマンスを最大化する。
- Perpetua(Amazon広告自動化ツール)のた正しい利用方法や設定方法、キャンペーンの構築に至るまでを顧客に提供する役割を担う。
- 顧客対応: 顧客とのEメール、電話、対面会議の実施、クライアント向けのレポートを提示してリテールマーケティング(主にAmazonとRakuten)に関連するすべての課題を解決します。
What You Will Do:
- Ad Campaign Creation: Develop media planning for advertising campaigns on behalf of clients and execute these campaigns.
- Ad Campaign Management: Utilize Flywheel's unique technology for continuous optimization of ad campaigns, aiming for client KPI achievement.
- Ad Campaign Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports, analysis, and insights on performance to clients, and implement them.
- Ad Campaign Management: Maximize clients' advertising performance by utilizing both manual operations and Perpetua (an Amazon advertising automation tool) for the execution and management of ad campaigns.
- Tool Utilization and Guidance: Provide clients with guidance on the proper use and configuration of Perpetua (an Amazon advertising automation tool), including building and optimizing advertising campaigns.
- Customer Interaction: Handle customer correspondence via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings, and resolve all issues related to retail marketing (mainly Amazon and Rakuten) for clients.
あなたの資格:
- 日本語(ネイティブレベル)
- 英語(抵抗がなく最低限の能力が必要)* 英語は必須条件ではありません。

- 勤務地での就業が可能な方(週3日出社)
- ブランド、リテール(小売)、代理店で運用型広告のメディアプランや運用の経験を有する方。特にAmazon広告の経験があれば可。
- 業務の優先順位をロジカルに効率的に判断し、プロジェクトを遂行できる方。
- ロジカルに数値分析を行うことができる方。
Who You Are:
- You are proficient in Japanese (native level), and have a basic proficiency in English
- Respect and willingness to work with diverse teams, both domestically and internationally
- Ability to work at the specified location (with at least 3 days of office attendance per week)
- Experience in media planning and operations for performance-based advertising in brands, retail, or agencies, especially with Amazon advertising.
- Ability to logically and efficiently prioritize tasks and carry out projects.
- Proficiency in logical numerical analysis.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Excel (Vlookup / sumif, etc.)
- Practical experience with Microsoft PowerPoint (presentations and reports)
- Understanding and responsibility for one's own work and role.
- Ability to develop solutions and processes for complex problems in ambiguous situations.
- Strong communication skills.
