The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Specialist to join our Custom Client Analytics (CCA) solutions team. You will play a critical role in delivering high-quality analytics solutions, supporting client engagements, and driving actionable insights. As a key contributor to the team, you will collaborate with analysts, consultants, and senior stakeholders to solve complex business challenges and support the growth of our analytics practice.
What You Will Do:
- Support the development and implementation of analytical frameworks, measurement strategies, and reporting solutions to align with clients' business objectives.
- Contribute to the delivery of client engagements by preparing high-quality analyses, actionable insights, and presentations that support decision-making.
- Work collaboratively with senior marketing executives and internal teams to identify key business challenges and recommend advanced analytics solutions.
- Assist in the execution of the strategic vision for the CCA consulting practice by supporting service offerings, methodologies, and special projects.
- Partner with team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of analytics projects, while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to enhance analytical approaches and client deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with team members and client stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Assist in the creation of thought leadership materials, such as white papers or presentations, to contribute to the team’s perspective on retail media, analytics, and industry trends.
Who You Are:
- 2-3 years of experience
- Proficiency in data visualization platforms such as Power BI (preferred) or similar tools.
- Strong skills in data analysis, including SQL for data manipulation and an understanding of enterprise analytics tools.
- Proven ability to translate business challenges into actionable analytical solutions with measurable impact.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders, with a focus on presenting insights and influencing decision-making.
- Knowledge of retail media, digital commerce strategies, and marketing analytics.
- Familiarity with analytics methodologies, including predictive modeling, marketing measurement, and reporting techniques.
- Experience with data clean room environments, retail media platforms, and data integration is a plus.
- Understanding of the digital retail ecosystem, including manufacturer-retailer dynamics.
- Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
