The Opportunity
This position will support a portfolio of Walmart supplier accounts, focusing on retaining and growing client relationships. Responsibilities include a regular review cadence with each customer to talk through search performance, enhancement opportunities, recommended changes to strategy and investment, etc. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, data-savvy, and skilled in fostering collaborative relationships.
What You Will Do:
- Support account performance by analyzing SKU Ninja data and assisting in the development of recommendations to improve search rankings and sales for Walmart suppliers.
- Address and resolve customer issues that may impact account retention and performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide customers with tailored insights and maximize the value of Flywheel’s offerings.
- Prepare and deliver presentations showcasing performance data and actionable insights.
- Maintain consistent communication with assigned customers to build strong, trusting relationships.
- Monitor and support customer catalogue performance, managing goals for multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Implement strategic recommendations and track their effectiveness in driving customer ROI.
- Work alongside Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing success throughout the customer lifecycle.
Who You Are:
- Experienced in customer management or service, preferably within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) or retail industries.
- Skilled in data analysis and adept at conveying insights through storytelling.
- Confident and persuasive in presenting ideas to stakeholders.
- Technologically adept, with the ability to quickly learn and utilize new tools.
- Proactive and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Strong communicator with exceptional professional presence.
- Detail-oriented with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- A collaborative team player with a positive and solution-focused attitude.
