Senior Account Executive

The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team. The Senior Account Executive serves as liaison between client and internal agency teams (account, creative, digital, production) to ensure flawless execution of project work and drive projects.
What You Will Do:
- Develops, manages and executes client programs including, but not limited to, the following activities:
- Initiating projects with clients and gathering appropriate information.
- Preparation of and leading brainstorms.
- Provides accurate and complete direction to creative, production and planning via standard forms (job starts, change orders, mechanical orders). Provides strategic input to the creative process.
- Delegation and management of larger projects within the team.
- Timeline and budget development/maintenance.
- Vendor meetings and management.
- Financial management (estimates time and costs based on tactic and scope at hand, writes estimates and coordinates for input into internal finance systems, tracks cost-to-dates and alerts any unusual pacing to Account lead).
- Develops decks and client presentations.
- Thorough understanding of client’s brands, commerce landscape and competitive landscape.
- Presents to mid and senior level clients.
- Starts to manage and add thought leadership to the brands and categories.
- Supervises & Mentors AE & AAE where applicable.
Who You Are:
- Experience working with traditional and print media channels, with hands-on experience partnering with media teams to inform and execute integrated client campaigns.
- Builds internal/external relationships with clients and internal team
- Practices sound business and professional ethics
- Knowledge of technical aspects and techniques related to creative, digital and production
- Embodies the values and culture of the agency
- Works well in a fast paced environment
- 5+ Years of Agency/ Internship Experience
