  1. Entry Filing : 
    1. 별도 제공되는 업무 리스트를 기준으로 미국 수입신고 진행
    2. 역외산 해상 Entry Filing 처리
    3. 일평균 약 100건의 Entry Filing 업무 수행
    4. 신고자료 및 관련 서류 검토
    5. 오류 또는 누락 사항 확인 후 미국팀과 커뮤니케이션
  1. ISF Filing
    1. EDI를 통해 수신된 ISF 자료 확인 및 Filing
    2. 최근 미전송 또는 미처리 ISF 건 확인
    3. 선적 일정과 ISF 신고기한을 고려한 적기 처리
    4. ISF 오류 및 누락 건에 대한 후속 조치
  1. Invoice Support 업무
    1. 미국팀 요청에 따른 Invoice 생성
    2. 생성된 Invoice 다운로드 및 내용 확인
    3. 이메일을 통한 Invoice 회신
  1. LGEUS의 관세 납부 결과 EDI 전송 업무
    1. 한국팀 퇴근 약 1시간 전 Final Statement 확인
    2. 납부금액 및 대상 건 검토
    3. 확인 완료 후 ACH DATA EDI 전송
    4. 전송 결과 및 오류 여부 확인
  1. CC 생성 및 기타 통관 지원
    1. 미국팀 퇴근 전 필요한 건에 대한 CC 생성
    2. 미국팀 요청사항 확인 및 처리 결과 공유
    3. 통관 관련 자료 정리 및 운영 지원

 

자격요건: 

  • 학사 학위 이상 우대
  • MS Office 활용 능력 필수 (특히 Excel 능숙자)
