You have experienced working in a fine home, demonstrating skills in all aspects of household cleaning, including hands-on care of fine furniture, floors, walls, artwork, glass doors and windows, lighting fixtures, fabrics, and more. Their primary focus will be to keep households clean, organized and in excellent condition as well as help to maintain and manage household inventories.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a housekeeper in a private residence. You must have direct experience working with UHNW families or luxurious hotels with at least 3-5 years of experience.
- Responsible for setting the dining table and serving area to the family's preference.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
- Knowledge of proper care and maintenance for luxury homes, furnishings, and finishes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Flexibility to adapt to the family's schedule and needs
- The Housekeeper must have the ability to work alone with limited direction and as part of a team.
- The Housekeeper must have the ability to maintain a high level of strict confidentiality and professionalism.
- A valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required for the Housekeeper
- The Housekeeper must have the ability to operate Apple equipment
- A positive attitude and a keen attention to detail, professionalism, high level of trust.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability and flexibility to travel to various properties for extended periods of time (30% - 50%).
Core Requirements:
- General Housekeeping:
- Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of the main residence and guest areas.
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
- Make beds, change linens, and perform laundry duties, including ironing.
- Specialized Cleaning:
- Care for high-end surfaces, fixtures, and furnishings with appropriate cleaning products and techniques.
- Polishing silver, brass, and other special materials as needed.
- Organizational Tasks:
- Maintain household organization, including closets, pantries, and storage areas.
- Keep inventory of cleaning supplies and household items, ensuring they are stocked and reordered as necessary.
- Collaborative Duties:
- Work closely with the house manager and other staff to ensure the smooth operation of the household.
- Communicate effectively with the house manager to report any issues or needs within the home.
- Assist with special projects or events as directed by the house manager or family members.
- Provide occasional assistance with meal preparation and service during family gatherings or events.
- Handle household errands and shopping as required.
- Administrative - 10%
- Maintain any company owned equipment assigned to you (phone, computer etc)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
- Responsible for checking work email, WhatsApp, voicemails and respond timely to all requests
- Responsible for inventory and reporting of supplies needed for assigned homes
- Perform administrative tasks as needed
Compensation:
Compensation for this position is hourly-based, with pay determined by professional experience and adjusted according to the cost of living in the employee’s primary region of residence. Total compensation may also include performance-based incentives, travel per diem, and benefits aligned with organizational standards for leadership-level residential roles.

Salary Range
$43 - $50 USD
