The ideal candidate will have strong experience in process mapping and documentation, with the ability to translate complex workflows into clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user-friendly training materials. - Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Create engaging, accessible training documents and user guides to support consistent knowledge transfer across teams.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support the implementation of best practices.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather insights, validate process flows, and drive alignment.
- Maintain version control and ensure documentation remains accurate, current, and accessible.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on process documentation and improvement.
- Strong understanding of business operations, workflow design, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience in the wealth management or financial planning industry strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Word, PowerPoint, and financial planning tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver under tight timelines.
Desirable
- Experience in change management, training delivery, or process improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
- Working knowledge of project management tools such as Asana or Trello.
This is a fixed-term position with a full-time equivalent base salary of $100,000 + superannuation. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set.
