Change Management Associate

Position Summary

The Change Management Associate will play an important role in the developing communication and processes that support various change initiatives across the organization. This includes actively participating with other team members and in the analysis of the status quo and required change management and the development and execution of internal communication strategies that enable successful adoption of change initiatives. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging is clear, timely, and aligned with our values and business goals.

This role is located in St. Louis, MO. 

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of internal communications (emails, intranet posts, presentations) that support change initiatives.
  • Assist in building communication plans, tasks, and timelines and keeping owners on point for a smooth rollout for strategic projects.
  • Work with TMO to ensure content in TMO Sharepoint site is reflective of the current status of program, project and initiatives
  • Manage the metrics and content part of the Bi-Weekly Department reports, including utilizing Power BI reports. HR metrics form APD, and manage the content collection process from Department Leaders.
  • Meet with Department Leaders in-person or on live Teams calls to gather feedback and action plans to respond to feedback.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather updates and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Manage and organize content for Corporate Strategy and Transformation libraries.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and feedback to improve communication effectiveness.
  • Support team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions and planning.
  • Support of the rollout of goals and OKRs firm wide.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint). Ability to learn new platforms
  • A genuine interest in change management and employee engagement.
  • Internship or academic experience in corporate communications or change management (preferred).
  • Exposure to communication analytics or employee feedback tools (preferred).

 

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $80,000-$95,000.  Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set.  The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.  Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
