Sales Enablement Associate
Position Summary
Origin Investments is a leading real estate investment manager with over $3.3 billion in assets under management. With 17 years of proven track record and over 4,000 investors, we specialize in multifamily real estate investments in high-growth markets across the Sunbelt and West, delivering superior risk-adjusted returns to our institutional and high-net-worth investors. Our success is built on deep market expertise, disciplined investment strategies, and lasting relationships with our investor partners, particularly Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and family offices.
The Sales Enablement Associate (SEA) is a vital member of Origin Investments’ Private Wealth team, responsible for enhancing operational efficiency and enabling our sales team to focus on capital-raising from RIAs and family offices for private real estate investments, including our private REIT, real estate credit-focused interval fund, 1031 DST/721 UPREIT programs, sidecars, and Opportunity Zone fund.
The SEA partners with the distribution team to deliver exceptional client service, manage administrative tasks, and maintain a clean, sortable Salesforce database to drive prospect targeting and sales efficiency. The role is designed to allow the sales team to dedicate 100% of their time to high-value selling activities by offloading repetitive tasks and ensuring no opportunities are missed due to disorganization or poor data quality.
This is an onsite position - 4 days in office.
Primary Responsibilities
Operational and Administrative Support
- Identify and prioritize hot prospects daily by pulling and synthesizing data from CAIS, iCapital, Juniper Square, and other platforms, then surface the highest-potential RIAs and family offices to the five B2B reps through clean, actionable lists and dashboards.
- Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks including completing Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), coordinating meeting materials, managing follow-up tracking, and handling investor account inquiries to keep reps focused on selling.
- Maintain rigorous activity tracking and follow-up systems in Salesforce so no high-potential prospect falls through the cracks; run weekly activity reviews with reps and provide clean summaries to leadership.
CRM and Data Management
- Own Salesforce data quality and structure for the B2B team — ensuring Account and Contact records are clean, properly tiered (A/B/C), tagged by product interest, and optimized for territory management and prospecting.
- Build and maintain Salesforce list views, reports, and dashboards that give reps clear daily priorities — who to call, which product they’re interested in, and where they are in the process.
- Organize and segment investor data to maximize the impact of Origin’s real estate products for sales teams.
Client and Sales Support
- Serve as the bridge between the sales team and internal operations, data analytics, and product teams to ensure reps have the information and support they need.
- Prepare meeting materials, pitch decks, and one-pagers for rep meetings and roadshows; coordinate investor information and follow-up to move prospects through the pipeline.
- Develop deep knowledge of Origin’s real estate investment processes to provide white-glove service to Financial Advisors, supporting their capital allocation decisions.
Industry Expertise and Collaboration
- Stay current on private real estate strategies, competitor offerings, and market trends to help reps position Origin effectively against alternatives.
- Collaborate with the Data Analytics Manager on technical integrations (APIs, data flows between Salesforce, Juniper Square, Ultimus, and CAIS) and provide market feedback from the field to leadership.
- Continuously improve processes, playbooks, and enablement materials to help the five B2B reps operate at the highest level.
Qualifications
Experience & Background
- 4+ years of experience in financial services, sales operations, sales enablement, or a technical support role. Experience supporting a sales team in asset management, private markets, or RIA distribution strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with private real estate, interval funds, DSTs, 1031 exchanges, or alternative investments is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience working with CRMs (Salesforce strongly preferred), data from multiple systems, building reports/dashboards, and supporting quota-carrying sales professionals.
Education & Licensing
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
- No FINRA licenses required.
Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (data quality, list views, reports, and basic dashboarding). Experience with Salesforce certification (Associate or Admin) is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and comfort with data from multiple platforms.
- Experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI or similar tools (Tableau, Salesforce Reports) is highly valued.
- Familiarity with platforms such as CAIS, iCapital, Juniper Square, or Ultimus is a strong plus.
