We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our growing team and lead the development and execution of our AI-powered products and analytics solutions. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company by identifying new opportunities to leverage advanced AI technologies to create value for our customers and drive business growth. You will work across our product suite to develop cohesive strategies that integrate AI capabilities throughout our platform.

What You'll Do:

Drive data-informed product strategy: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of user behavior, product metrics, and market data to identify opportunities and validate hypotheses. Leverage machine learning insights and develop products that empower customers with actionable intelligence. Prioritize features based on customer value and business impact and collaborate with engineering and design to deliver exceptional AI-powered experiences.

Shape cross-product strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders across product suites to identify opportunities for AI integration, ensure consistent user experiences, and build platform capabilities that unlock value across multiple products. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product roadmap development and positioning.

Drive execution excellence: Define success metrics and OKRs, manage cross-functional dependencies, and lead agile development processes to deliver high-quality products on schedule. Remove blockers and ensure alignment across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.

Communicate effectively and lead: Clearly articulate the product vision, provide direction to your team, and foster collaboration across functions.

Measure success and iterate: Define, instrument, and analyze product performance metrics to understand impact and drive continuous improvement. Leverage experimentation frameworks to validate assumptions and optimize product experiences.

Who You Are:

AI and data product expert: 5+ years of product management experience with at least 2+ years focused on AI/ML products or data analytics platforms. Deep understanding of modern AI technologies including machine learning, agentic AI systems, generative AI, and their practical applications. Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer value and make data-driven product decisions.

Adaptable problem solver: Thrives in fast-paced environments, embraces challenges with a "can-do" attitude, and demonstrates strong problem-solving skills.

Proven builder: Track record of successfully launching and scaling AI-powered or analytics products from 0-to-1 and beyond. Experience working with data science and engineering teams to ship products and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Strategic collaborator: Exceptional ability to work across product teams and functional areas to drive alignment on cross-product initiatives and platform strategies. Experience leading change initiatives and building consensus among diverse stakeholders including technical and non-technical audiences.

Effective communicator and influencer: Able to clearly communicate ideas, build consensus, and influence others across the organization.
