Marketing Intern

Position Summary
This position brings creativity to the forefront in helping the team reach its goals. This role supports the development and execution of marketing strategies through a mix of campaign coordination, research, content support, reporting, and administrative responsibilities.
Working closely with the marketing and communications teams throughout all phases of marketing campaigns, this intern will play an important role in developing, expanding, and maintaining our marketing channels. This internship offers hands-on learning experience in marketing, communications, writing, and design, while building practical knowledge of modern marketing strategies, tools, and workflows.
Position Scope
Responsibilities
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns.
- Perform market analysis and research on competitors, trends, and audience insights.
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Assist with promotional activities across social media, email, digital marketing, and related channels.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and supporting materials for internal and external use.
- Complete data-entry and content-related tasks such as lead reporting, blog creation, and website updates.
- Manage and update company databases and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
- Help organize and support marketing events, webinars, and other campaign activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to support campaign execution from planning through launch and follow-up.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve campaign performance, strengthen brand presence, and expand marketing reach.
- Learn and apply new tools, systems, and concepts such as Google Analytics, Excel pivot tables, BeePro email tools, AI tools, and other emerging marketing technologies.
- Maintain strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through across multiple assignments.
- Demonstrate curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to ask questions, seek feedback, and grow through new or unfamiliar challenges.

Qualifications:
- Education: Pursuing or recently completed an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, or a related field.
- Years of Experience: 0-1 years; internship, campus organization, freelance, or project-based experience is a plus.
- Strong desire to learn, paired with professional drive and curiosity.
- Foundational understanding of marketing principles, channels, and techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace.
- Comfort learning in real time, asking thoughtful questions, and stretching beyond one’s comfort zone.
- Passion for education, marketing, and industry best practices.
- Interest in learning and applying tools such as Google Analytics, Excel pivot tables, BeePro, AI tools, and related marketing platforms.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and willingness to contribute wherever needed.
- Prior internship, academic project, student organization, or content creation experience preferred
