Agency: We trust our team to get their jobs done.

About the Role:

As Clinical Team Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of clinicians and RNs to ensure high-quality clinical care, monitor performance, and maintain regulatory compliance. This role requires balancing clinical expertise with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to achieve organizational goals and elevate team morale.

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of clinical staff
  • Support career development and retention through regular 1:1 check-ins and personalized coaching

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of people management experience in healthcare, ideally in the telehealth space
  • Experience as a practicing clinician (MD, DO, NP, PA, CNM). This position does not entail providing clinical care, so no active licenses required

  • Demonstrated commitment to providing affirming, culturally competent care to LGBTQIA+ communities
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office/Google Suite applications
  • Bachelor's degree required

Salary: $75,000 annually
