What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll:

  • Develop self-service products and capabilities that accelerate value creation and efficiency across the business.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of value stream strategy, focusing on simplification, modernisation, and business value creation.
  • Define clear, outcome-based OKRs and measurable KPIs to maximise and demonstrate value.
  • Ensure teams work towards shared goals and prioritise effectively based on insights to achieve maximum business and client impact.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and Client Development to identify opportunities for expanding the pipeline of solutions with existing and new clients.
  • Develop supporting documentation for solutions, including wireframes, user journeys, process maps, and prototypes.
  • Lead product demonstrations and “show and tell” sessions with clients and legal teams, gathering feedback and requirements to inform discovery.
  • Collaborate on client projects from kick-off through post-delivery, ensuring high-quality solutions, addressing client concerns, and nurturing long-term client relationships and referrals.
  • Balance risk while ensuring products and services meet requirements for quality, security, and data privacy.

What we’re looking for

Part problem solver – part relationship builder.  You're empathetic, persuasive, collaborative and focussed on delivering effective results.  You’re a dynamic, strategic thinker that possesses a deep understanding of technical products and services, along with having strong interpersonal and analytical skills which allow you to craft tailored solutions that drive business outcomes. 

You'll also have:

  • Proven experience working in cross-functional teams within technology, consulting, or legal-driven environments.
  • Experience in translating business needs into scalable, commercially viable product solutions that drive adoption and measurable impact.
  • Superb people skills and ability to take and translate requirements from all areas of the business i.e. Lawyers and Professional Support leaders, to our technical teams.
  • Strong expertise in platform and product development, including API integrations, cloud solutions, automation, and Agile/modern product delivery practices.
  • Experience defining, tracking, and delivering outcome-based objectives (OKRs).
  • Ability to balance the four key product risks (value, usability, feasibility, and viability) throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Comfortable working with low-code/no-code platforms such as HighQ for rapid prototyping (front-end design skills are a plus), as well as Power Platform/Power Apps, Azure, SharePoint, and Contract Express for document automation.
  • Knowledge of product commercial models and market fit analysis, including the ability to position, promote, and manage the sales pipeline for products.
