 What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll:

  • Handle a varied caseload of claimant personal injury matters involving road traffic accidents, public liability, product liability and workplace injuries.
  • Manage the full litigation process from initial client instructions, through to resolution or trial.
  • Develop case strategy, assess liability & quantum.
  • Draft pleadings, court documents & manage disclosure.
  • Provide compassionate and supportive client care, helping clients to navigate the legal process with clarity and empathy.

 What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a committed and driven individual looking to take their career to the next level, someone with:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, NQ-5 years PQE
  • Experience in Personal Injury litigation (claimant or defendant) and/or including EL/PL, RTA
  • Strong drafting skills and attention to detail needed for pleadings, witness statements and written submissions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – able to build work in conjunction with clients, experts, barristers and insurers
  • Empathetic attitude with a client-focussed mindset, committed to supporting vulnerable clients through emotionally challenging cases.
  • High ethical standards and a genuine desire to help people rebuild their lives after injury.
