What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll:
- Handle a varied caseload of claimant personal injury matters involving road traffic accidents, public liability, product liability and workplace injuries.
- Manage the full litigation process from initial client instructions, through to resolution or trial.
- Develop case strategy, assess liability & quantum.
- Draft pleadings, court documents & manage disclosure.
- Provide compassionate and supportive client care, helping clients to navigate the legal process with clarity and empathy.

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a committed and driven individual looking to take their career to the next level, someone with:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, NQ-5 years PQE
- Experience in Personal Injury litigation (claimant or defendant) and/or including EL/PL, RTA
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail needed for pleadings, witness statements and written submissions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – able to build work in conjunction with clients, experts, barristers and insurers
- Empathetic attitude with a client-focussed mindset, committed to supporting vulnerable clients through emotionally challenging cases.
- High ethical standards and a genuine desire to help people rebuild their lives after injury.
