Team: Corporate – Banking & Finance
Location: Bristol or Southampton (Hybrid working)
Working Pattern: Full-time

What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll:
- Supporting fee earners in the transaction process, including managing checklists, drafting ancillary documents and liaising with other teams
- Providing the first review and drafting the first report on banking documents during transactional due diligence
- Drafting emails to and responding to requests from clients
- Drafting routine banking documents such as deeds of release and content letters, and documents such as charges based on in house precedents
- Assisting fee earners in co-ordinating completion and signing processes of transactions.
- Dealing with ad hoc requests relating to original documents, retained information from clients and colleagues, as well as occasional research tasks

What we’re looking for
We’re seeking someone who is motivated, energetic, and highly organised, with:
- Experience in a legal environment (corporate / banking / finance preferred, but not essential)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- A proven track record of completing tasks accurately and on time
- Confident IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Great time management and organisational ability
- A flexible, collaborative approach and a commitment to outstanding client service
