What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll:

Advise on a broad range of commercial property and asset management matters, including acquisitions, disposals and portfolio management.
Handle landlord and tenant work such as lease negotiations, renewals, rent reviews and break options.
Act for a wide variety of clients including investors, developers, corporate occupiers and asset managers.
Support strategic asset management projects, delivering practical and commercial legal solutions.
Collaborate with specialists in other practice groups to deliver joined-up advice.
Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.

What we’re looking for

3-5 years PQE with solid technical experience in commercial property transactions and asset management.
Someone comfortable managing their own matters while contributing to team objectives.
