What you’ll do

Embedded in our Business Change Team, working closely with colleagues in the PMO, IT, legal practices, and support functions you'll:

Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multiple projects, owning scope, timescales, budget, quality and outcomes.
Develop and maintain project plans, business cases, benefits, KPIs, risks and dependencies.
Deliver projects using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies, adapting approach to context and stakeholders.
Work collaboratively with Partners, legal teams, business services, IT and third‑party suppliers.
Apply effective governance, resource planning and financial control, managing cross‑project dependencies.
Embed change management, adoption, training and benefits realisation into project delivery.

What we’re looking for

Proven project management experience delivering complex change, operational improvement or technology projects in medium to large organisations.
Background in professional services or regulated environments; law firm experience is advantageous but not essential.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence engaging at all levels.
Demonstrable change management capability, including impact assessment, communications and adoption.
Sound project management discipline, ideally supported by relevant qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, APM, PMP or similar).
Organised, adaptable and commercially aware, with flexibility to work across offices and embrace hybrid working.
And you’ll share our passion for innovation, collaboration, and achieving great things together.
