What you’ll do

 

You'll advise clients on a broad range of commercial property matters and support the delivery of high-quality legal services across a varied portfolio of work. You'll:
  • Advise on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, telecoms and asset management work.
  • Act for a diverse client base including investors, lenders, landlords and tenants.
  • Lead transactions from inception through to completion, providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice throughout.
  • Support clients involved in strategic development including negotiating and drafting a range of property agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted adviser and identifying opportunities to further support clients' needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the wider Transactional Property Group and wider firm to deliver seamless, high-quality client service.
  • Play an active role in business development, networking and profile-raising activities to support the continued growth of the practice.
  • Share knowledge and support the development of junior lawyers and trainees, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

What we’re looking for
