Due to continued growth in our client base and an increasing volume of instructions across both advisory and contentious employment work, we are looking to expand the team. This role will play a key part in supporting our growing portfolio of clients while helping us continue to deliver the high-quality, pragmatic advice for which we are known.

What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll:

  • Undertake a mixture of contentious and non-contentious work with a significant focus on tribunal claims and day to day employee relations advice to clients predominantly in the retail & consumer, developer and energy and infrastructure sectors
  • Have access to direct client contact and involvement in business development and training for clients
  • Work as one team across our geographic spread, the commerciality of our approach, our industry and sector knowledge and excellent communication will enable you to deliver great business outcomes for your clients.

What we’re looking for

We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and brings:

  • Experience in employment law including both general advisory and litigation.
  • In line with our sector approach, ideally you will be able to strengthen our approach to our sectors, in particular retail & consumer and charity sectors.
  • Delivery of a solutions led approach, being agile and flexible to the challenge ahead of you
  • You’ll share our passion for innovation, collaboration, and achieving great things together.
