Product Manager (Temp to Perm)
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our in-house Agile team focused on our FinTech platform and users. Be part of our digital transformation with our industry-leading FinTech platform. Your ideas will be valued, your work will be impactful.
In this role you will be responsible for building an end-to-end internal product development capability while fostering a culture of innovation for the company. Working closely with the CTO, VP of Engineering, Project Manager / Scrum Master, and functional leaders, you will evaluate and launch new product initiatives that leverage the company’s capabilities, fulfill a need in the marketplace, and create long-term economic value. You will refine the product and project roadmap and directly contribute to requirements elicitation, success criteria, KPI metrics, and prioritization.
Key Deliverables:
- Participatein the product management lifecycle including technical requirements, success criteria, product implementation, and launch.
- Own and manage assigned product and project initiatives and issues/bugs, addressing prioritization and contentions.
- Work closely with Business, Product, and Technology stakeholders for prototyping, technical development, and delivery of products, ensuringnew ideasleverage the company’s proprietary technology platform.
- Perform as Product Owner for Agile sprint delivery, managing requirements, acceptance criteria, stakeholder signoffs, and prioritization of user stories, bugs, and issues.
- Drive BAU operational enhancements, including analysis, issue prioritization, and ongoing requirements management.
- Own business requirements gathering and management throughout the Agile delivery lifecycle and convey requirements clearly to technical resources for implementation.
- Elicit, organize, and translate business-level and functional requirements while probing stakeholders to ensureappropriate detailand definition of success metrics.
- Perform as Product Owner for a sprint and Scrum team, prioritizing and grooming the backlog based on Prioritization Committee decisions.
- Confirm interpretation of requirements with stakeholders followed by clear user story communication and clarification for technology teams.
- Develop and execute independent verification andvalidationtest cases and plans, including production-based operational acceptance testing.
- Obtain level-of-effort estimates from development engineering teams, manage resourcing contentions, and communicate updates to the Project Prioritization Committee.
- Act as a liaison between key business stakeholders and technical resources.
- Partner closely with the Project Manager / Scrum Master.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Track record of delivering high-value products in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Experience within financial services, FinTech, or technology-related industries; knowledge of the SMB customer and market is a plus.
- Experience driving business-centric product strategy,roadmapping, requirements management, and execution across a fast-moving organization.
- Diverse skill setdemonstratinga strategic mindset, attention to detail, cross-functional literacy, technology fluency, and financial proficiency.
- Strong project management and leadership skills with the ability to direct cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
- Ownership mentality and accountability for driving business impact in a data-informed, experiment-driven product culture, ideally within SMB or consumer growth environments.
