- Support scope validation, change pricing, and client approvals, and identify commercial risks and mitigation measures to protect project outcomes.
- Lead safety engagement, field audits, and incident and near-miss reviews. Reinforce hazard controls and corrective actions, and integrate environmental requirements into work plans and subcontractor scopes.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, Indigenous partners, regulators, and internal stakeholders, leading progress meetings, milestone reporting, and issue resolution.
- Oversee quality systems, Inspection and Test Plans, field verification, redlines, as-built records, and turnover requirements, coordinating with Project Controls to maintain accurate progress and schedule information.

- A strong background in field execution and multidisciplinary construction delivery, including management of subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and changing site conditions.
- Solid understanding of construction drawings, scopes of work, and contract requirements.
- Proficiency in project management systems such as Procore, SAP, Microsoft Project, and related reporting tools.
- A diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
