The Product Team sits within the larger Product & Engineering organization and closely collaborates across the organization, with Engineering, Client Success & Strategy, and our Go to Market Team, to deliver an innovative product that is consistently at the forefront of digital patient engagement. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join this team to provide vision and direction to ensure we develop innovative solutions that provide maximum business value through an outstanding user experience.

As a Senior Product Manager you will help align folks around common objectives by understanding each team’s viewpoint and company goals. You will be an expert at bridging the communication gap between business and technology and help translate the “What” into the “How”. This is a highly collaborative role, working to manage short and longer-term product roadmaps to meet business needs, create investment opportunities, and prioritize solutions and features within projects.

What you’ll do:

Own the product life cycle: You’ll coordinate and support product launches, including go-to-market strategies, pricing, positioning, and communication plans. Monitor product adoption and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Drive efficiency: Implement agile methodologies to drive product development, including sprint planning, backlog management, and facilitating effective communication and collaboration within the team. You will need to be able to understand and communicate the ROI and resource requirements for current and future initiatives and back this up with a solid foundation of data.

Research & learn: As a senior member of the team you will conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for product innovation. You’ll use this knowledge to build a robust and dynamic roadmap and present this with data backed findings to the organization to get buy-in.

Collaborate: You will partner cross-functionally to listen, learn and act on findings to help shape the roadmap and overall product strategy.

Stay up to date: Be curious and stay up-to-date on competitors and industry standards by performing market assessments and incorporating best practices into our agile workflows

What you bring:

Product Management experience: You have at least 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in  B2B SaaS. Bonus points for experience in a regulated industry (e.g. healthcare, finance, etc.)!

Understanding of data:  You are data-driven with the ability to leverage data for recommendations and decision making, and  projecting and measuring the impact of new features. SQL and Looker experience is a plus!

Robust documentation: you’ve demonstrated success with crafting product requirements, specifications and user stories and the ability to clearly and concisely communicate these to a range of stakeholders both technical and non technical. You have a strong technical understanding and experience using product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc

Passion for teaching: You will have the patience and desire to upskill those around you, both in technical and non-technical roles.

A natural curiosity: You embrace a growth mindset and the spirit of lifelong learning - you  are always seeking to understand problems, new technologies, emerging market conditions.

An open mind: You will be responsible for the product process from ideation to ongoing monitoring and iteration. Having a strong opinion, but holding it weakly will be important.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
