 As a Foresight licensed therapist you:

  • Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, virtually or in-person (at select locations).
  • Conduct assessments, provide diagnoses, and develop treatment plans and complete progress notes. Ongoing, you will reassess and update treatment plans as your clients progress through treatment.
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and professionals in an interdisciplinary approach to care.
  • Must be willing and able to submit all client documentation within 72 hours of a client visit. 
  • Are required to consistently maintain caseload requirements based on employment agreement.
  • Are responsible for caseload management, including schedule maintenance, charge slips, and speaking with clients about high balances and consistent attendance.

Foresight is a supportive community that offers:

  • A SIGN-ON BONUS of $3,500* total for full-time therapy roles
    (*Payment of $2,000 after 90 days of employment; $1,500 after 9 months) 
  • Competitive Compensation Packages:
    • Full-time licensed therapists can earn a salary of $70,000 to $110,000 per year. This includes a base salary of $70,000/yr (minimum of 25 clients per week) with the potential to earn up to $110,000/yr based on caseload. 
    • Part-time clinicians conduct between 10-24 sessions per week (minimum 12 hours per week of availability required) at an hourly rate of 50 USD.

What We're Looking For:

  • Therapists with a commitment to client-centered care; who maintains an open mind and desire for professional development to deepen their understanding of trauma-informed approaches, evidence-based practices, and mental health counseling methods and techniques, including initial triage, risk assessment/management, crisis interventions, ICD-10 codes, and treatment planning. 
  • Forward-thinking professionals eager to share with and learn from others and stay at the forefront of the mental health field. The ability to communicate in a positive, collaborative, and responsive manner is essential.

The right candidate must:

  • Be an active, independent California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
  • Hold permanent residence within a state in which Foresight operates (CA residence required for hybrid).
  • Not have opted out from Medicare.
  • Have access to reliable and stable internet and be proficient with technology, including but not limited to using an EHR (Electronic Health Record) and tools, such as Zoom, Google Suite, and Dayforce.
